Job summary

HCLC (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Photographer cum Videographer to produce high-quality stills and videos using a blend of traditional shooting and AI-assisted workflows. You will shoot product and lifestyle content, apply AI prompts, and collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to shape visuals.

Post-production, archiving, and trend testing are also part of the role. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of photography/videography experience with a solid portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Photography, Videography, or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant photography and videography experience with a portfolio.
• Proficient in both photography and videography, with strong photo and video editing skills.
• Familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or similar software.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted photo/video tools such as Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0, Photoshop Generative Fill, Premiere Pro AI features, CapCut AI, or similar.
• Able to contribute original visual and content ideas, pitch concepts, and provide creative input during planning.
• Able to work independently, multitask, collaborate with the team, and meet deadlines for both planned and ad hoc tasks.
• Responsible for proper handling and maintenance of photography/videography equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality photo and video content using hands-on shooting skills, editing and AI-assisted workflows.
• Shoot product and reference images to ensure accurate and consistent product representation.
• Use AI tools to support the creation of lifestyle, model, campaign, and social media content.
• Develop visual concepts, shoot ideas, AI prompts, and content directions with Creative, Branding, and Marketing teams.
• Apply AI generative tools for moodboards, concept visuals, and pre-production references.
• Handle photo and video post-production, including retouching, editing, compositing, clean-up, and final output.
• Research and test new visual trends, references, and AI tools to improve production speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
• Manage production files, meet deadlines, maintain shooting equipment, and conduct physical shoots when required.
