Job summary

BPConsulting is seeking an experienced Odoo consultant to sit with business owners, analyze what’s really broken, and design actionable Odoo 19 Enterprise solutions. You’ll leverage AI to accelerate delivery, work across Accounting, HR/Payroll, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, and custom apps, and ensure successful implementation from scoping to hypercare.

You’ll collaborate with clients in Malaysia and APAC, using AI tools to prototype rapidly, automate workflows, and deliver measurable business

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Odoo experience, including implementation, configuration, or development (ideally v16+).
• Python proficiency to read, write, and debug Odoo server-side code.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis workshops with clients and understand how they really work.
• Translate requirements into Odoo designs across modules: Accounting, HR/Payroll, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, Website, and custom apps.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements, sometimes requiring process changes rather than more software.
• Prepare and present solution proposals to client stakeholders.
• Configure, customize, and extend Odoo 19 Enterprise to meet client needs; develop custom modules in Python.
