Job summary

Maxis is offering an internship to explore AI-driven HR digitalisation and data analytics. You will support OCR, data extraction, ML model development, and LLM-powered workflows while collaborating with IT, HRIT, and cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on exposure to AI, machine learning, HR systems, and data analytics with opportunities to develop dashboards and provide actionable insights. Starting September for 6 months or longer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in CS/IT or related.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and data analytics basics.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support OCR, data extraction, and Generative AI to automate HR processes.
• Assist in developing ML models to identify unusual expense patterns and potential issues.
• Contribute to building LLM-powered workflows for classification and routing of HR requests.
• Assist in configuring Workday rules to validate workforce data and ensure compliance.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor HR and organizational performance.
