Job Responsibilities

As an AI Algorithm Engineer, you will:

• Implement applications of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Speech AI technologies within gaming scenarios.
• Optimize existing online algorithms and deploy them into production systems, including dialogue systems, text generation, text classification, information retrieval, and text-to-speech (TTS) solutions.
• Contribute to data engineering tasks and participate in algorithm evaluation related to NLP and Speech AI technologies.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Artificial Intelligence or a related field such as NLP or Speech technology.
• 1–5 years of relevant work experience. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
• Strong knowledge of NLP, Speech technology, and machine learning principles, with practical implementation experience.
• High sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork, and strong communication and coordination skills.
