A leading insurance provider in Malaysia is looking for a dedicated individual to support agent recruitment and development. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial institution industry and holds a tertiary education degree. Responsibilities include coaching new agents, maintaining relationships with agency leaders, and driving performance towards strategic goals. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
The incumbent will be responsible and to support the performance and agent recruitment activities, develop & groom future leaders amongst the agency force. Maintain good rapport with all the Agency Leaders & Life Planners, helping them to expand/ boost their business via quality recruitment.
