Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Insurance or Financial Institution industry.
• PCE, CEILI & TBE certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support performance and agent recruitment activities.
• Conduct coaching sessions with new agents.
• Maintain rapport with Agency Leaders and Life Planners.
• Drive key KPIs under Strategic Development AEA.
