About the Role

Manage the end-to-end policy assignment process for the Tied Agency Channel, with a focus on supporting orphan policy assignment for the Agency Division. The objective is to enhance customer experience and drive policyholder retention through timely and accurate handling of assignments.

  • Perform policy assignment for Conventional, Takaful and General Insurance business within expected turnaround time.
  • Adhere to policy assignment guidelines for different type of policy assignment as per compensation handbook, SOP, policy assignment checklist and any related policy assignment rules when performing policy assignment.
  • Ensure the policy and agent details in the Nastie file upload to Policy Administration Systems is accurate and the completeness checking of policy assignment results.
  • Ensure orphan policy assignment to the selected agents as per SOP/manual within the stipulated timeline.
  • Perform data analysis on the orphan policy assignment and overall policy assignment, prepare orphan policy assignment and overall policy assignment reports/ insights for Management's reference.
  • Handle communication and manage queries/expected responses from key stakeholders.
  • Policy exceptional report checking and perform reconciliation on the policy assignment and TCF letter report on regular basis.
  • Assist to manage queries and request from e-feedback/ALPP or via email assigned and complete them within expected turnaround time.
  • Prepare user requirements/ user story for system enhancement, requirement walkthrough with Agency Technology team and TECH Team.
  • Provide different scenario for UAT and perform verification on UAT results and post deployment checks post system enhancement implementation.
  • Any agency movement assignment from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree of any field from recognized University with minimum 2 years or working experience in distribution operation.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance and monitoring
  • Good command in English (verbal and written communication)
  • Problem solver with analytical mind.
