A leading insurance company is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves formulating strategies to enhance agency performance, managing campaign reports, and collaborating with teams. Candidates should have a degree in Actuarial Science or Statistics and at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tools like Canva is essential.
Assisting in formulating strategies to improve agency performance and drive growth
Prepare for costing & estimation report before executing any campaign or initiative
Service and drive business for Financial Advisor (FA) channel
Monitoring campaign sales and prepare reports by weekly, monthly and final production tracking for management review
Prepare promotion flyer and relevant marketing material for business purpose
Preparing campaign fulfilment report and FA channel commission report
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy effectively
Other relevant task: Project management activities to ensure execution in time
Job Requirements:
Preferable with Actuarial Science / Statistic background
At least 2 years experienced in Agency business (Sales/Strategy/Marketing or related roles)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Canva, Capcut etc
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
