A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager. The role involves formulating strategies for agency performance, managing campaign sales, and preparing relevant reports. Candidates should have a background in Actuarial Science, at least 2 years of experience in agency business, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Assisting in formulating strategies to improve agency performance and drive growth
Prepare for costing & estimation report before executing any campaign or initiative
Service and drive business for Financial Advisor (FA) channel
Monitoring campaign sales and prepare reports by weekly, monthly and final production tracking for management review
Prepare promotion flyer and relevant marketing material for business purpose
Preparing campaign fulfilment report and FA channel commission report
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy effectively
Other relevant task: Project management activities to ensure execution in time
