Assisting in formulating strategies to improve agency performance and drive growth
Prepare costing & estimation report before executing any campaign or initiative
Service and drive business for Financial Advisor (FA) channel
Monitor campaign sales and prepare weekly, monthly, and final production tracking reports for management review
Prepare promotion flyers and relevant marketing material for business purposes
Prepare campaign fulfilment and FA channel commission reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategy effectively
Project management activities to ensure timely execution
