About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join LCA as an Agency Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with agents, and leading the business development strategy for the agency force. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to expand the agency network.
  • Lead the proposal development process, including creating compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet clients & agents needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and results.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the business development team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years old with at least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a marketing related field, preferably within an agency or service-based environment.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of the agency landscape.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Chinese.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
