A leading industrial automation company based in Malacca seeks an experienced sales professional to propose solutions and manage after-sales activities. The role requires a minimum of 4 years in sales, strong technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential. You will strengthen customer relationships and grow the company's brand in Asia.

Job description
Based in Melaka
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proposes upgrade /service module / solution to client
  2. Carries out after-sales activities (face to face meetings, phone calls, presence in trade shows) in accordance with a pre-established Individuals Business Plan or project
  3. Receiving and making after sales calls for guarantee or warranty call-outs
  4. Strengthens relationship with existing accounts and develops new accounts to grow Muehrbauer branding of target market in ASIA
  5. Completes and submits expense reports, forecasts sales reports as required and on a timely basis
  6. Follows all Muehrbauer corporate culture positively and correctly
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry
  2. Strong technical knowledge and understanding of industrial automation products and solutions
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
  4. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to efficiently handle customer issues
  5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering or related university program certificate
  7. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
