Job summary

A leading automobile dealership in Malaysia seeks an Aftersales Executive responsible for ensuring that the dealership's aftersales service meets management's policies. The candidate will communicate regularly with the management to review department performance, enforce safety policies among staff, and achieve monthly sales targets. Experience in customer feedback management and vehicle sales is essential. This role is based in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia and offers a dynamic work environment.

• Meet with management monthly to review performance objectives.
• Oversee department activities and enforce safety policies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit reports.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly.

Job description

• 1. To be responsible to ensure aftersales service of the dealership meets the requirements and policies set up by the Management and Principal.
• 2. To meet with Operation Director and General Manager at least once a month to review current service department performance, service personnel performance, set future performance objectives, promotional activities and / or any other.
• 3. To oversee the overall activity of the department and ensuring all staff practice safety policies at all time.
• 4. To achieve monthly sales target set by company and submit Monthly Performance Report to the Management.
• 5. To ensure all customers' feedback and complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively.
