Position: Affiliate & Communications Manager
Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Company Description: Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd is a leading B2B travel wholesaler in Malaysia, specializing in providing customized travel packages to partners across the ASEAN region.

As we expand our services into the cruise segment, we are seeking a dedicated Affiliate & Communications Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across our B2B travel services and will work closely with cross‑functional teams including business stakeholders, developers, and designers to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

This is a full‑time onsite position in ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd’s office in Malaysia.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3‑4 years of working experience in the travel industry, preferably in Sales, Business Development, or related fields.
  • Must be proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken, written, and reading). Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, confident, and able to engage professionally with partners and clients.
  • Excellent follow‑up skills with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working long hours with computers and mobile devices.
  • Basic computer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willing to travel when required (travel allowance will be provided).
Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive repeat business and ensure continuous engagement.
  • Promote company travel products, packages, and services through effective sales presentations, product briefings, and market visits.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer demands, and competitive insights to support product development and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Marketing) to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives and client requirements.
  • Attend client meetings, industry events, travel fairs, and roadshows to increase brand visibility and generate new leads.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, business reports, and performance updates for management review.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Provide product training and destination updates to partners, enhancing their knowledge and confidence in selling company packages.
  • Ensure excellent customer support and follow‑up to maintain high service standards and partner satisfaction.
