  • Lead and manage the AFC Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to Anti‑Financial Crime activities.
  • Oversee compliance with banking and financial services regulations.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks related to financial crime.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on AFC processes and best practices.
  • Prepare and present reports on AFC operations to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the AFC Operations department.
  • Support Group AFC Ops in FACTCA and CRS reporting matter.
