Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, pigmentation, and early ageing.

Aesthetic Doctor (1–2 Years Experience) – Medical Aesthetic & Dermatology Clinic

We are seeking a motivated Aesthetic Doctor with 1–2 years of clinical experience to join our growing medical aesthetic and dermatology clinic. This role is ideal for doctors who are eager to develop strong clinical skills, consultation excellence, and ethical performance-driven results in aesthetic medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and skin assessments
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on patients’ needs and goals
• Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures (injectables, laser, energy-based devices, skin rejuvenation treatments)
• Diagnose and manage common dermatological conditions such as acne, pigmentation, and early ageing
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate medical records, consent forms, and clinical documentation
• Work closely with clinic assistants and beauticians to ensure smooth clinical workflow
• Uphold MOH guidelines, clinic SOPs, and high standards of medical ethics

Clinical Competency & Performance Expectations

• Demonstrate sound medical knowledge in aesthetic medicine and dermatology
• Deliver high-quality, structured consultations that build patient trust and confidence
• Perform procedures with safe, consistent, and refined clinical skills
• Achieve sustainable treatment acceptance and sales performance through ethical consultation and patient education (no hard selling)

Requirements

• Fully registered medical doctor with MMC and valid APC
• Minimum 1–2 years of working experience
• Prior exposure or strong interest in medical aesthetics and/or dermatology
• Coachable, motivated, and committed to continuous learning
• Good communication and patient management skills
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
• Structured aesthetic training and hands-on mentorship provided
• Exposure to advanced aesthetic technologies and medical-grade treatments
• Clear career progression pathway from Junior to Senior Aesthetic Doctor
• Ongoing skill development in consultation, clinical techniques, and patient management
