Job description

To provide high standard professional consultation and advice on medical aesthetic services based on patient’s needs.

To perform minimally invasive aesthetic treatments to face and body such as Chemical peel,

\

Microdermabrasion, Intense Pulse Light (IPL), Botulinum Toxin injection, Filler injection, Aesthetic lasers, Skin tightening procedures and other relevant services offered.

To lead, motivate, and cooperate with aesthetic consultants and branch managers on achieving sales targets set forth to clinic at all times.

To handle patient’s inquiries ethically and to educate and advise patients regarding the course of treatments, possible downtime and post‑care plans accordingly.

To review patient’s progress for the post‑treatment period.

To manage and maintain complete and accurate medical records of patients.

To maintain a healthy and professional relationship with patients and company teams.

To conduct consultations with patients on treatments and procedures and remain professional and approachable throughout the process.

To assure compliance with SOP, regulations and medical protocols.

To supervise and manage the overall workflow of the clinic.

To provide CME or training to nurses and clinic assistants.

To actively participate in public education via social, digital or printed media.

To perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Specialization in Aesthetic Medicine or relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience working in an aesthetic clinic is required.
• Additional training or certification in aesthetic medicine (e.g., botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, laser therapy).
• Candidate must have an active and valid APC (Annual Practising Certificate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide personalized treatment plans and recommendations.
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements and techniques in aesthetic medicine.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
