A global aerospace company is looking for a Business Support Executive in Shah Alam, Malaysia. This role involves acting as the on-site coordinator for SAP disputes, providing first-line support for end-users, and enhancing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3-5 years in relevant fields, particularly in SAP user support. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in SAP user support (preferably MM/PTP), service desk/desktop support, ISMS/OT security, or SCM buying in a regulated manufacturing/MRO environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the on-site coordinator for SAP disputes.
• Maintain local SAP access hygiene and document workarounds.
• Provide first line support for end user computing.
• Escalate security incidents and major IT issues.
• Support planned changes and maintain inventory of critical endpoints.
• Operate and improve the site ISMS aligned to EASA and ISO 27001.
• Prepare and support internal/external audits.
• Execute PR/PO creation and supplier communication.
• Keep procedures and knowledge articles current.
• Track site KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Support authority audits with evidence packs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
