A leading technology company in Malaysia is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and manage advertising campaigns across various channels. Responsibilities include creating marketing materials, maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms, conducting market research, and collaborating with sales teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Business or Marketing, with at least 2 years of experience in advertising, strong content creation abilities, and familiarity with online marketing tools. Basic design skills are a plus.
Develop, plan and execute advertising and promotional activities/campaigns across both online and offline channels.
Create and manage marketing materials such as product sales kits, flyers, brochures, social media posts, and website updates.
Support day-to-day coordination with external vendors (designers, printers, agencies) for promotional materials.
Assist in maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms, including product descriptions, pricing updates, images, and stock information.
Monitor customer enquiries, reviews, and messages, and resolve or elevate issues as needed.
Perform regular checks on product visibility, promotions, and platform campaigns.
Collaborate with sales coordinators on e-commerce and marketing related content.
