Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Instrumentation & Calibration Technical Support Technician III in Johor, Malaysia. You will install, calibrate, test, and repair instruments that monitor environmental conditions in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires advanced technical skills, strict SOP adherence, and strong documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with engineers on custom instrument projects, support calibration activities on time, and help maintain production equipment

Qualifications

• Diploma in Calibration or Engineering field is required.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on calibration experience in a manufacturing environment.
• SPM with at least 5 years hands-on calibration experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex technical tasks to support operations and improve efficiency.
• Install, calibrate, test, and repair calibration instruments monitoring environmental conditions.
• Inspect instruments like oscilloscopes, calipers, gauges to diagnose faults.
• Maintain control and measurement instruments on plant equipment.
• Ensure calibration records and reports are submitted on time.
