Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in building security systems or physical security integration.
• Preferred certifications include Johnson Control certification.
• Strong knowledge of access control systems, facial recognition, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm integration.
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP), VLANs, and secure communication.
• Experience with security software platforms and database management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain integrated building security systems.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve escalated technical issues.
• Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance.
• Configure and deploy security hardware and software.
• Integrate security systems with building management systems.
• Investigate and resolve security system faults and alarms.
• Provide recommendations for system optimization and risk mitigation.
• Ensure adherence to company security policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and assist in audits.
• Work closely with IT, facilities, and security teams.
