Job summary

A technology company in Penang is seeking an experienced administrative support professional to assist the Managing Director. Responsibilities include managing schedules, preparing reports, and facilitating communication. Job description

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.

Act as the first point of contact for the MD, handling correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.

Organize and manage the MD’s administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Handle confidential and personal matters for the MD as required.

Prepare and manage documentation, sales reports and presentations on behalf of the MD.

Organize and coordinate company events, conferences, and meetings.

Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.

Support the sales team in preparing quotations, tender and keep track customer inquiries, samples and follow-up actions.

JobRequirements

Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in administrative or executive support roles.

Age 30-45 years old.

Work independently, resourceful and highly disciplined.

Proficient in written and oral in English & Mandarin.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
