  • Preparation of student course schedules for the academic year, based on approved course maps.
  • Regular and accurate data entry for newly commencing modules on a weekly basis.
  • Tabulating detailed reports on energy‑saving initiatives and their impact.
  • Coordinating room bookings for both lecturers and events, including schedule adjustments when necessary.
  • Compiling and organizing requested changes made by lecturers regarding schedules.
  • Publishing finalized timetables for students and staff.
  • Conducting thorough checks on system‑generated timetables to identify and rectify any anomalies.
  • Updating and maintaining the master calendar with all events and activities.
  • Providing assistance during graduation ceremonies, including gown management.
  • Conducting room inspections to ensure readiness for lectures and events.
  • Posting notices promptly to communicate any changes in lecture venues.
  • Facilitating clear communication with lecturers regarding schedule‑related matters for smooth coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelors/Diploma in administration or 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills, logical thinking.
  • Proficient in clear and effective communication across various channels.
  • Demonstrated willingness to put in extra hours during critical periods as needed.
