Job summary

A diversified company in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced individual to handle office administration and procurement management. The ideal candidate will manage daily tasks such as documentation, petty cash tracking, and full-cycle procurement, including logistics coordination and basic quality checks. With a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, the candidate will also provide support across various departments and assist with marketing tasks. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration and procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily office administration, documentation, filing, and petty cash tracking.
  • Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, quotation comparison, PR/PO preparation, delivery coordination, and supplier follow-ups.
  • Coordinate logistics and cross-border shipments, including transport arrangements and basic customs documentation.
  • Support production operations with basic QC checks and coordination when needed.
  • Assist in facility maintenance, safety checks, and liaising with vendors for repairs or services.
  • Provide administrative support across departments (HR, Operations, Accounts, Sales, etc.).
  • Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist with simple marketing tasks such as editing or uploading posts (when required).
