A biotechnology company in Kuantan is seeking an administrative assistant to help with payroll processing, recruitment activities, and managing office supplies. Responsibilities
- Assist in monthly payroll processing for internal staff and payroll verification of outsourced workers.
- Assist in the company's recruitment activity.
- Manage office supplies and corporate gifts inventories.
- Organise, prepare and maintain company documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of staff canteen and dormitory.
- Support meeting arrangements, reception duties, and other office events.
- Coordinate with company drivers to manage and monitor company vehicles' usage and maintenance, including fuel card usage, annual insurance and road tax renewal, regular service and inspection.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication and coordination skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Responsible, organised, able to work independently and as a team.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with Mandarin language skills will be a big bonus.
