  • Maintain and provide full administration support including stationery requisition.
  • Prepare correspondence and other communications as directed.
  • Monitor company cleaning services and attend to office phone calls.
  • Coordinate with visitors and maintain ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
Job description
Responsibilities

Carries out any other task, relevant to the position from time to time; and perform any other tasks or any ad-hoc job when assigned by the management. The responsibilities include:

  • Assist in HR related administration matters i.e. recruitment, selection and training.
  • Administrating HR policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain and provide full administration support including general administrative matters such as stationery requisition, staff refreshment, office/factory maintenance etc.
  • Types, edits and prepares correspondence, memorandum, letters, and other communications; responds to routine letters and compose general correspondence as directed.
  • Company cleaning monitoring.
  • Attend to office phone calls and any other forms of correspondents, post out all the invoices, purchase order and other documents upon completion.
  • Coordinating outsider and visitor.
  • Revamp/consolidation all the product specification, material safety data sheet & certificate of analysis filing system.
  • Administrating ISO 9001 QMS documentation and maintenance.
  • Administrating premise security and safety concerns.
  • Coordinate with courier services provider on reverse cheque collection, parcel collection etc.
  • Maintaining quality management system according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
