Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in Admin / Customer Service / Marketing support.
• Good command of Malay and English (Mandarin is a bonus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & digital tools.
• Organized, responsible, proactive — can work independently.
• Team player with a positive and friendly personality.
• Passion in digital marketing/e-commerce is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across various platforms.
• Assist in digital ad campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Support A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Support any reasonable duties assigned by management.
