POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To assist the department on providing an array of administrative functions related to car park management.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Monitor the activities of Car Park Operations via CCTV
  • Attend to any queries by new users pertaining to the PGTS;
  • Assist the Shift Supervisor to inform AOC, EOC, SOC, AVSEC, NMC and any other related units whenever any problem arise and Inform the Shift Supervisor if any of the field devices malfunction/breakdown
  • Monitor and focus using CCTV camera whenever end shift process and top-up process of APS is done
  • Confirm the record of any vehicle whenever any loss of chip coin, unreadable chip coin and back‑out chip coin is reported
  • To collect payment for parking charges in term of cash or by credit card
  • To collect data for improvement work / program.
  • Assist in preparation/submission of shift report
  • Monitor the entrance and exit stations of Block B
  • Conduct inspection at all levels of Block A and B, and to report the Shift Supervisor if anybody is found loitering
  • Control traffic at the entrance or exit stations of Block B (If needed)
  • Immediately block the entrance or exit station if the barrier fall of or fail to close;
  • Inventory listing for vehicles being parked overnight at Block B and pass to Operations Assistant at CCTV for posting
  • To check the vehicle physically when loss of chin coin, back‑out chip coin and unreadable chip coin occurred
  • Control traffic at the entrance or exit stations of Block B
  • Monitor the entrance and exit stations of Block C
  • Relief the Operation Assistant at MPS B and Motorcycle counter whenever Needed
  • Relief the Operation Assistant at MPS C, CCTV and Car Rental whenever Needed
  • Assist Executive related for operational and enforcement issues.
Skills
  • Passed good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
  • Good in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Self starter with minimal supervision
  • Computer literate is added advantage
Education
  • STPM with at least 3 principles
  • SPM with Credit in Bahasa Malaysia , English and Mathematics
