A leading company in Malaysia is seeking an individual to assist in daily business administration and improve operational quality in Yong Peng. Responsibilities include checking stock balances, inventory control, and assisting team members in daily tasks. Candidates must be willing to work in Yong Peng and have at least 1 year of administrative experience, which is an added advantage. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Assist in the daily business administration to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
Check daily balance stock and ensure match with system
Assist in the administration and inventory control to ensure prompt and good services are delivered, and provide prompt rectification
To assist the team members in daily operations
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Undertake any ad-hoc duties when assigned
Willing to work in Yong Peng
At-least 1 year of administrative experience will be added advantage
