A security services company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for an Administration Manager to handle documentation, government liaison, and correspondence. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma or higher, and excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships with authorities and performing various administrative tasks. This role requires a fast learner who can work independently.
To prepare and do submission, liaison and follow up with relevant government departments , statutory bodies and consultants on company
Assist in processing various correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings and all the documentation
Maintain good working public relations with relevant authorities
To provide update on government policies effecting the company development
Perform general and administrative duties, entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
Perform other task as required by the management and other job-related function as at when required.
Prepare letter for any governance and compliance with regulatory bodies and other task requirements.
Other tasks assigned from time-to-time.
