Job description

We are looking for an Admin & Legal Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in law and excellent communication skills. The Admin & Legal Executive will play a crucial role in providing legal support, ensuring compliance, and liaising with various stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operation of our corporate activities.

Key Responsibilities
ADVISORY & LIAISON
  • Assist in providing legal advice and support to all departments and others, when necessary, in relation to corporate activities, regulatory issues, risks and compliance.
  • Act as liaison whenever necessary when dealing with various parties including government bodies, clients, partners and agencies.
  • Assist in conducting legal analyses of specific matters that arise relative to the company governance and operations.
  • Assist in the management of legal department.
  • Addressing issues raised on all legal matters.
DRAFTING & REVIEWING AGREEMENT/DOCUMENTS
  • Drafting, reviewing and vetting contracts, agreements and other documentations.
  • Ensure that global and domestic legal documents are fit for purposes for the Company.
RESEARCH
  • Research on legal issues relating to corporate structures, legislations, intellectual properties and other areas relevant.
  • To keep abreast of new regulations and disseminate regulatory circulars and other regulatory developments to management, other Compliance teams and relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing and sourcing of relevant legal documents.
Basic Qualifications
  • Computer literate and familiarity in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.
  • Minimum a degree in Law, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
