Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable HR and Administration professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and to coordinate payroll and HR compliance efforts. You will oversee attendance, leave, medical claims, and documentation while supporting performance reviews and training initiatives.
The role requires solid English communication, a relevant degree, and 4–6 years of HR/administration experience.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and offboarding.
Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Administer employee attendance, leave, medical claims, and other HR-related records.
Coordinate payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and employee information.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws and regulations.
Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and employment matters.
Support performance management processes, including probation reviews and annual appraisals.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Organize employee engagement activities, company events, and internal communications.
Prepare HR reports, workforce statistics, and management reports as required.
Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office facilities, maintenance, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Monitor office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.
Coordinate company travel arrangements, accommodation, and transportation when required.
Manage company insurance, licenses, permits, and contract renewals.
Coordinate meeting rooms, company events, and administrative logistics.
Supervise reception, office support staff, or administrative assistants where applicable.
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and office security requirements.
Maintain confidential employee and company records.
Assist during internal and external audits related to HR and administration.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
