Job summary

A prominent aviation service provider in Selangor is looking for a Non-Executive Administrative role. The selected candidate will assist finances by preparing monthly summaries of staff overtime and ensuring daily document collection from branches. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, along with an SPM or Diploma. The role offers a salary range of RM 2,000 to RM 2,100 per month, alongside benefits such as training and yearly management trips.

Qualifications

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience in administration tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in finances and prepare monthly summaries of staff overtime.
  • Ensure collection of daily documents from each branch.
  • Prepare all reports before the 15th of each month.
