Job description
Admin Executive X5 (Production/Quality/Equipment)

SHB Malaysia Automotive Appliance Sdn Bhd – Kulai, Johor

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update daily production reports and records.
  • Assist in issuing production documents such as work orders and schedules.
  • Coordinate with production supervisors to track output and material usage.
  • Maintain proper filing of production documents and data in the system.
  • Support production planning and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); able to communicate in English and Malay for internal and external coordination.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Production Admin (X2)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update daily production reports and records.

Quality Admin (X2)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and updating quality inspection records and reports.
  • Maintain documentation for quality checks, non-conformance, and corrective actions.
  • Support QA/QC team in coordinating inspections and audits.
  • Ensure quality documents are properly filed and easily retrievable.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to quality assurance activities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); able to communicate in English and Malay for internal and external coordination.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of quality documentation and procedures is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Equipment/Facilities Admin (X1)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist in allocating equipment after arrival and support installation, setup, and document filing.
  • Keep and update basic equipment records, including transfer and disposal documents.
  • Help coordinate annual maintenance plans for equipment.
  • Assist in arranging repairs when equipment breaks down.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written); able to communicate in English and Malay for internal and external coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of facility administration, maintenance processes, or documentation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and coordination skills.
