Job summary

A food supply company based in Selangor is seeking a candidate who can manage inventory and handle customer orders. The ideal individual must have at least SPM, be fluent in Mandarin, possess a positive attitude, and work well in a team. Responsibilities include preparing sales orders, verifying invoices, and liaising with vendors. Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays is required. This role is located in 68000 Ampang, Selangor.

Qualifications

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
  • 1-2 years of working experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Receive orders from customers and prepare sales orders and invoices.
  • Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers.
  • Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts.
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders.
  • Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders.
  • Lead warehouse team in stock counts and inventory reconciliation.

  • Knowledge and experience in using SQL accounting system will be added advantage.
  • Mandarin speaking is mandatory for internal/external communication.

  • Able to work at 68000 Ampang, Selangor, will be in charge inventory management.
  • Monday to Friday (full day), Saturday (alternate and flexible schedule).
Responsibilities
  • Receive orders from customer, clarify requirements, prepare accurate sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Schedule deliveries or third-party couriers
  • Assist in payment collection and follow up on outstanding customer accounts
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors on purchase orders
  • Verify supplier invoices and delivery notes against purchase orders
  • Coordinate routine maintenance and inspections for company delivery vehicles
  • Lead the warehouse team in stock counts, picking, packing, and inventory reconciliation
  • Report discrepancies in inventory or damaged goods promptly
