Preferred candidate will be given to men first because it involves the Automotive field (Recond Car), but however it also depends on a person interest and experience, regardless of whether man or women if there is someone with more potential. This full-time position is responsible for providing high-quality in any administrative duties as assigned

Job Description

Handling a variety of clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Key in daily product Car key received accurately into the inventory system
  • Maintain product Car key in and out in the inventory system.
  • Update the selling prices of cars (print out price for each car)
  • Create new stikers follow stock code when new cars arrived in showroom.
  • Provide administration sales support and support to other departments.
  • Record and keep track of newly arrived cars inventory.

Job Requirement:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accurac
  • Can work 5.5 days from Monday-Saturday (half day)
