A well-established retail company in Seremban is seeking an experienced accounting professional to issue tax invoices, manage expense claims, and prepare financial statements. The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with knowledge of Mandarin being an advantage. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with SQL Accounting, Excel, and Google tools are essential for success in this position.
Issue tax invoices, process payments, and manage expense claims.
Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and month-end close schedules.
Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, income tax computations and other related tasks.
Support the accountant as needed.
Perform ad-hoc functions and related duties as required.
