The role

As an Admin Executive you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of our organisation. Located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position is essential in ensuring our administrative processes run smoothly and our team can focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate all matters and provide administrative support to Sales department
  • Prepare invoices and delivery orders based on purchase order and consignment stocks usage, packing of stocks in any urgency needs
  • Ensure proper recording and filing of documents in a systematic manner
  • Provide secretarial services for office staff such as procurement, coordinating mails and dispatch/courier service
  • Liaise with customers for orders, payment and collection related matters
  • Implement any ad‑hoc instructions as required by superior
What we're looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry
  • Sound knowledge of SQL accounting software: 1 year (required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
