Responsibility
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative activities to support office.
  • Maintain proper filing systems, ensuring documents are organised and up to date.
  • Prepare letters, notices, memos, and simple reports when required.
  • Assist with staff attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR documentation.
  • Support operation team for printing the ecommerce order and tracking.
  • Update stock inventory sheets.
  • Handle E-commerce customer service inquiry and manage the return case.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
