Qualifications

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including e-mail and telephone inquiries.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Compile monthly claims from various managers, data entry of receipts, payments and journal entries.
  • Updating information, payment, sorting out expenses.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Making travel and guest arrangements
  • Providing quality customer service
  • Other general admin duties such as handling refreshments, office maintenance, purchasing and etc
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors/management from time to time.
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least higher secondary/STPM/”A”Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 year working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Responsible, proactive, polite and pleasant personality
  • Able to work independently & multitask
