About the Job

We are looking for a versatile professional who can manage office operations while supporting digital, marketing, and AI‑driven initiatives. You will serve as the backbone of our Malaysia office and a trusted partner to the APAC Managing Director, providing high‑level executive and operational support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast‑paced regional environment, and is excited to grow beyond traditional administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee office operations & vendor management to ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning.
  • Support onboarding, compliance & basic finance admin.
  • Provide high‑level executive support to the APAC Managing Director, with scheduling, travel coordination & reporting.
  • Drive digital marketing & content creation, including short videos, internal content, and LinkedIn updates.
  • Leverage AI tools & technology to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and automate processes.
  • Act as the go‑to person for team coordination & communication, and engagement.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years in office management or admin roles.
  • Digital & AI‑savvy, with hands‑on experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, automation tools, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized, proactive & tech‑curious, with strong attention to detail.
