Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document control
  • Maintain proper documentation for internal and external audits
  • Draft letters, reports, and presentations as required
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate announcements or updates on behalf of the management team
  • Liaise with external partners, clients, potential clients and service providers
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic documentation and record‑keeping
Requirements
  • More than 2 years of experience in office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent command of Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a must)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Confidentiality, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
