About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our vibrant team at By CheFiza Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the company, including managing documentation and compliance related to foreign workers.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic & physical).
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, proofreading, and formatting.
  • Support the implementation of office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to foreign workers, including work permits, contracts, documentation, and compliance with government regulations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Admin Executive, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in handling foreign worker administration (permit renewal, documentation, liaison with authorities) will be an added advantage.
