Job summary

A local administrative services provider in Selangor is seeking an Admin Executive to support daily tasks and operations. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth workflows, managing inventory, coordinating administrative duties, and assisting various departments. Candidates should be detail-oriented and preferably bilingual in Mandarin and English, with a willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. This is a 5.5 days work per week position.

  • Accurately enter data into the company’s database/CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks with other departments.

Administrative & Coordination Duties
  • Perform daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Accurately enter data into the company’s database/CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Provide support in basic purchasing or supplier follow-ups when needed.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by management or team leaders to ensure efficiency.
