Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the company's overall document control and admin works.
  • Prepare invoices, DOs, and ensure proper documentation and filing.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain documentation control in Quality Management System and liaise with ISO audit.
  • Handle monthly customs documents and liaise with customs audit.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving

Education

Diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
