Responsibilities
  • Administrative support: Handle general administrative tasks like answering phones, managing emails, and organizing files.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and manage calendars for executives and staff.
  • Documentation: Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Office management: Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and handle purchasing requests.
  • Data management: Enter and manage data in spreadsheets and databases.
  • Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and other departments.
  • HR support: Assist with HR-related tasks like maintaining employee records and onboarding new hires.
  • Financial support: Assist with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and processing invoices.
  • Native speaker (Mandarin) to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
