Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team at Algae Living Sdn Bhd in Batu Gajah, Perak. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

What you’ll be doing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Handle a variety of clerical duties, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management, ensuring office supplies are well-stocked
  • Collaborate with team members to implement process improvements and streamline administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall functioning of the office
What we’re looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Proficient in using Google / Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
