Job summary

NEXTGEN ATTIRE SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Artwork Coordinator to prepare, edit, and finalize customer artwork according to production requirements.

You will review designs for accuracy and manage jobsheets and related order documentation, coordinating with Production and Purchasing to ensure smooth processing. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Academic background in graphic design or related field is required.
• Proficient in design software with keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and finalize customer artwork according to production requirements.
• Review artwork, designs, and order details to ensure accuracy before production.
• Prepare and manage jobsheets and related order documentation.
• Maintain and update customer order records and production masterlists.
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing to ensure smooth order processing.
• Liaise with customers and agents regarding artwork, order status, and revisions.
• Follow up on pending, urgent, and hold orders to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all artwork and documents comply with company quality standards.
• Organize and maintain artwork files and administrative records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
