Responsibilities
- Provide front‑desk services to residents, including collection of maintenance fees, processing card access, renovation and move‑in/out applications, and booking of facilities.
- Ensure that all documents are properly filed for easy reference and access.
- Responsible for the collection of payments.
- Assist Accounts in preparing and issuing monthly invoices to be posted.
- Handle issuance of car parking access cards/stickers and resident cards.
- Perform administrative functions in the management office.
- Undertake duties as communicated to you from time to time by your superior.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Condominium Management environment.
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience on account systems such as CSS, QnE, UBS, etc.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and the ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Self‑motivated, well‑organized and responsible.
- Able to anticipate issues before they arise and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Good team player and ability to work well with others.
- Nationality: Malaysians Only.
