As the Admin cum Account Assistant - Property Management at JAZ International Malaysia Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient administration and financial management of our property portfolio. This full‑time position is based in our Puchong, Selangor office, offering you the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our real‑estate business.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the property management team, including managing tenant information, coordinating maintenance and repair requests, and maintaining detailed property records.
  • Assist with the processing of payments, invoices, and other financial transactions to ensure accurate and timely accounting.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, statements, and reconciliations to monitor the financial performance of the properties.
  • Liaise with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Support the implementation of company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service and compliance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our property management processes and systems.
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or accounting role, preferably within the real‑estate or property management industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
  • A keen interest in the real‑estate industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with property management software or accounting systems (CSS & eCommunity) would be an advantage.
